This tutu skirt from newlook, used as a petticoat.

This belt from peacocks (no idea if its still sold, so any tan belt would be good)

These two pearl style necklaces from Primark (£2.00 each! Bargain)

This boater hat from ASOS

And all paired with some tan boots and socks with frilly bits to peek out over the top.
Also if it is a colder day, a denim jacket never goes amiss.
